Your institution pays — not individual students. The admin selects a tier and the subscription covers all enrolled students.

Yes. Institutions can upgrade or downgrade at any time. When upgrading, the new features activate immediately. When downgrading, changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Annual billing offers a 20% discount compared to monthly. For example, Starter costs ₹12/student/month, but only ₹115/student/year on annual billing (~₹9.6/month effective).

We accept bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and cheque payments for institutional subscriptions. For convenience, we also accept online payments via our secure payment gateway.
